A work in progress photo, hopefully the Christmas bears will be finished soon. It has been another crazy week here for us (nothing unusual in that). On Saturday we went shopping and left to head home at 4:30. It was pouring with rain and pitch dark already and the car wouldn't start.
We tried pushing it, in a car park full of cars also going home that is no fun. In the end we had to call the insurance company and they sent someone out. The man from the RAC came and sent us on our way eventually with a new battery in the car. Life is never boring.
Our furniture and stuff finally arrived on Tuesday, much excitement and also stress. So much to do and never enough time. We have boxes everywhere and passages that have to be navigated around piles of bubble wrap and stuff.
Mishka is trying out the couch and all the kitties are so glad to get the beds back again, actually so am I, sleeping on an air mattress is an interesting and sometimes painful experience. The garage is full of boxes and we are just going to leave everything there for the moment, the Christmas tree and some of the boxes of decorations just seemed to be the first out of the truck and into the house. So once the bears are finished we can start sorting the house out and then take a deep breath and maybe relax for a day or two.
